Exchange fees & Store Credits

• Exchange fees are payable before credits are applied to your account.
• Credits cannot be used to cover the exchange fee.
• Credits never expire.
• Credits are not redeemable for cash.
• Credit amounts are decided by the team and are dependent on the brand and condition of each individual item. All Credits offered are final.
• Final credit will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. 

• The table below outlines our exchange fees and are subject to change and may be amended at any time deemed fit.

• If more than 50% of items are of 'Fast Fashion' nature a handling fee of $0.50c per item will be charged.

• If more than 50% of items fall into the Play or Not accepted categories a disposal fee of $0.50c per item will be charged.
