Exchange Fee & Store Credits

- Exchange fees are payable before credits are applied to your account.

- Credits cannot be used to cover the exchange fee.

- Credits never expire.

- Credits are not redeemable for cash.

- Credit amounts are decided by the team and are dependent on the brand and condition of each individual item. All Credits offered are final. 

- Final credit will be rounded up to the nearest dollar and will always be more than the exchange fee.

- If more than 60% of items are of 'Fast Fashion' nature, a handling fee of $10 will be charged. What is Fast Fashion? More info can be found HERE

- Please note items that fall in the Play or Not Accepted category cannot be given a store credit. If more than 50% of items fall within these categories, a processing fee of $0.50 per item will apply. The categories can be found by clicking HERE
