We do our best to keep prices low for the community as well as service our overheads, therefore we are unable to provide retail value. If you are looking for a greater dollar value, we encourage you to list your items on other platforms such as Marketplace, buy & sell pages, Gumtree or eBay.

Exchange fees & Store Credits

  • Credit calculations will be done within 24-48 hours of receiving your items. During peak periods, please be patient, credit calculations may take longer than usual. 
  • Exchange fees are payable before credits are applied to your account.
  • Credits cannot be used to cover the exchange fee.
  • Credits never expire.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash.
  • Credit amounts are decided by the team and are dependent on the brand and condition of each individual item. All Credits offered are final.
  • Final credit will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
  • Any left-over credits will remain on your account to use on your next shop.

Condition of clothing

  • All items must be in good condition – free of stains, rips, mould, colour fade, pilling, marked names, stretched, offensive odour & excessive wear. These items will not be given a store credit. 
  • Brand label and sizing must be intact
  • Items from stores such as Big W, Target, Best & Less, Kmart or online stores such as PatPat, Shein, Alibaba & Temu will only be eligible for very minimal store credit.
  • If more than 50% of items are of 'Fast Fashion' nature, a handling fee of $0.50c per item will be charged. 
  • Currently, only clothes between size 00000 (Premie Baby) and Children size 10 are accepted as part of our exchange service. Other Items may be eligible for exchange, at our discretion
  • What we don’t accept for exchange: school uniforms or underwear (unless new in packet).
  • We are happy to accept most other baby and children related items as donations. In the future, we hope to offer an exchange service on a variety of baby & children related items.
  • Items that are not quite up to our quality standards will be donated to organisations that support those in need or at times may be listed for free.
  • Please note items that fall in the Play or Not Accepted category cannot be given a store credit. If more than 50% of items fall into these 2 categories a disposal fee of $0.50c per item will be charged.
